
Mark completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Dalhousie University and joined the firm of Burchell MacDougall in Truro to complete his articles. Mark was called to the Bar in 1998 and joined the firm of Nelson & Associates in Windsor, Nova Scotia. In 2004, Mark began his own practice. This year, Mark decided to join the growing law practice of Tynes & Associates.
With vast experience in handling criminal and civil litigation matters before the Provincial Court, Youth Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, Mark is dedicated to providing strong advocacy to clients. Mark has also been successful in handling numerous personal injury and disability claims.
Mark has varied interests outside of the practice of law, including reading, singing and playing guitar, and especially spending time with his children and family.
